• Confirm land use and/or facility program objectives based on institutional, civic or company mission and priorities

  • Analyze performance (including condition assessment, social performance, sustainability assessment and financial ROI) of existing and prospective land and building assets
     
  • Determine eligibility of development schemes for tax credits, such as federal tax credits for rehabilitation, and other financial incentives
     
  • Develop mixed-use and multi-use strategies, including interim use plans, based upon schedule and constituency analysis, and coordination with design teams
     
  • Contribute to visitor experience design, including security requirements
     
  • Perform post occupancy analysis to inform redevelop strategy / future phases of development
